Within Tbilisi – 1 calendar day. Regional deliveries – 1–3 calendar days.

When will the courier collect the parcel?

Orders placed before 16:00 are picked up the same day; after 16:00 – the next day.

When does the courier contact the recipient?

The courier will call the recipient before delivery to notify them.

What is a pick-up point (PUDO)?

We currently have 15+ service centers (PUDO) across Georgia. You can send and receive parcels at these locations.

How long will my parcel stay at the PUDO point?

Parcels are stored for 7 calendar days. After this period, the parcel is returned to the sender.

What items are prohibited from delivery?
