  1. Trackings.Ge accepts and ships parcels of any type only in packaged form, without inspecting their contents.

  2. The sender is responsible for proper packaging of the parcel. The sender must ensure that the parcel is packed in such a way that its contents, as well as other parcels transported together with it, are not damaged (including getting wet or spoiled) during transportation.

  3. The parcel must be packaged in such a way that the information affixed to it is not covered. The surface of the packaging must allow the attachment/application of the address or other labels/stamps necessary for transportation.

  4. The following packaging materials are recommended for parcels:

    · For parcels – rigid boxes made of wood, plywood, polymer, or foam plastic.

  5. The sender must package the parcel according to its weight, shape, the material and nature of its contents (liquid; fragile; solid, etc.), as well as taking into account the duration of transportation.

  6. The parcel must be packaged in a manner ensuring that it can withstand:

    · Long-distance transportation;
    · Multiple loading/unloading, handling, and sorting;
    · Changes in climate, temperature, and pressure;
    · Physical impact, pressure, vibration, and shaking.

  7. The use of secondary packaging materials is permitted only if all old barcodes, addresses, and other types of information that may mislead the courier during sorting and/or delivery to the addressee are properly removed.

  8. When selecting packaging materials, the sender must consider the type/properties of the parcel contents, its weight, and shape. The packaging material and proper packing of the contents must ensure their protection and preservation of integrity during transportation (e.g., if empty space is left in the box, it may be compressed/crushed, while an overfilled box may burst due to internal pressure).

  9. If the parcel contains several items, each item must be packaged separately and then securely placed inside the shipping package.

  10. The packaging must be 2–5 cm larger than the item(s) placed inside the parcel on all sides. It is important that, in case of shaking, the items inside do not move. To limit internal movement, the following filling materials are recommended inside the parcel:

· Cardboard;
· Newspaper;
· Bubble wrap;
· Foam sponge;
· Foam plastic;
· Kraft paper.

  1. If several items are placed in one box, the following rules must be observed:

· Heavy items at the bottom, light items on top;
· Fragile/breakable items and liquids – separately;
· All items individually packaged;
· Dividing material placed between the items.

  1. The parcel must be securely closed on all sides in order to prevent items from falling out during transportation and handling. For this purpose, the sender must comply with the following rules:

  2. When using a box, the parcel must be sealed with adhesive tape of at least 5 cm width, wrapped around the entire parcel no fewer than three times.

  3. When packaging a parcel according to the type of its contents, the following rules must be observed:

a) Liquid or substances that easily turn into liquid must be placed in a hermetically sealed container/plastic bottle, which must then be placed inside a rigid box. The box must be filled with appropriate protective material capable of fully absorbing the liquid in case the container/plastic bottle is damaged.

b) Fat-containing substances that do not easily turn into liquid, such as creams, semi-liquid soap, resin, etc., must first be placed in primary packaging (box, fabric bag, plastic container, etc.) and then placed in a rigid box in a manner that prevents leakage of the contents.

c) Dry dye powders, such as methylene blue and others, are permitted only in hermetically sealed metal containers, which in turn must be placed inside rigid boxes filled with appropriate absorbent and protective materials.

d) Dry non-dye powders must be placed in rigid containers (box, bag), which must then be placed inside rigid boxes.

e) Plants must be placed in appropriate pots:

  1. In a vertical position inside the box;

  2. Soil must be secured;

  3. Openings must be provided for air;

  4. The box must bear an appropriate marking.

f) Glass items or other fragile/breakable items (items that may break, crack, or otherwise be damaged even if dropped from a height of 1 (one) meter) must be wrapped in bubble wrap, fabric, or similar packaging material and placed in a rigid box filled with appropriate protective material to prevent friction between the item and the box walls during transportation, and if several items are included in the parcel – also between the items themselves. If the parcel is fragile or breakable, the customer is obliged to mark the corresponding indicator in the system and must also affix a warning sticker on the parcel.

g) Sharp or pointed items must be placed in a rigid box, and their sharp or pointed parts must be wrapped in materials (bubble wrap, adhesive tape, etc.) that ensure both the safety of the item during transportation and, in case of possible box damage, protection of other parcels from damage.

h) If the type of parcel is not defined in this document, the customer must be guided by analogous types, similar descriptions, and characteristics.

  1. Improper packaging shall include:

· Unpackaged items;
· A parcel not packaged in sufficiently rigid material;
· Use of easily damaged materials during packaging, including gift bags, handbags, or non-rigid plastic bags;
· Packaging not secured with a fixed fastening method;
· Incomplete (partial) packaging, including parcels placed only in polyethylene bags;
· A parcel with disproportionate surface, elongated or protruding shape that is not fully and properly packaged (e.g., furniture parts, metal pipes);
· Any packaging that does not protect the parcel from damage caused by force (including impact, pressure, weight load) or friction.

  1. All customers are obliged to comply with the rules for marking address data on the parcel.

Upon registration of a parcel on the platform, a parcel label is automatically generated containing detailed information about the parcel, including the sender and recipient, as well as the tracking code. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information entered on the platform and is obliged to complete all fields accurately and in full.

The parcel label should preferably be printed on adhesive paper using an appropriate printer.

The customer is obliged to visibly indicate on the parcel, in a readable size and format, the tracking code, recipient’s first and last name, phone number, delivery city, and the exact delivery address including all necessary details (where applicable – entrance, floor, elevator code, entrance code, access code to the territory and/or procedures, etc.), as well as the quantity and type of items contained in the parcel.

The Company shall not be responsible for the delivery or identification of a parcel that does not contain, or contains incomplete and/or incorrect information regarding any of the following: recipient’s full name, phone number, delivery city, and full delivery address. Such parcels fall into the category of non-delivery or loss risk, and the risk of non-delivery shall be fully borne by the customer (sender).

17. Scope of Liability and Excluding Circumstances

17.1 Sender’s Liability

  • The sender shall be liable for bodily injury to the courier, damage to other postal items, and/or damage to the Company’s property if such damage is caused by:

    • Shipping prohibited items;

    • Packaging the parcel in violation of the established rules.

  • The sender’s liability shall not be excluded even if the Company accepts for shipment a parcel containing prohibited items or packaged in violation of the established rules.

17.2 Circumstances Excluding the Sender’s Liability

  • If the sender complies with all conditions established for shipping a parcel, they shall not be liable for damage caused by the Company during processing and/or transportation of the parcel.

17.3 Company’s Liability

The Company’s liability toward the customer shall be limited to direct material damage caused by its fault (intent or gross negligence), but not exceeding the maximum limit defined in the “Terms and Conditions” document.

Material damage does not include indirect losses, including lost profits.

  • The Company assumes material liability for damage caused by its fault in cases of:

    • Total loss of the parcel;

    • Total or partial damage or loss of the contents.

  • The Company’s liability applies in the following cases:

    a) In case of total loss of the parcel;
    b) In case of total or partial damage or loss of the contents, if such damage or loss is caused by external damage to the packaging and is discovered before or at the time of delivery to the recipient.

17.4 Circumstances Excluding the Company’s Liability

The Company shall not be liable in the following cases:

a) If the parcel has been delivered in accordance with the Company’s established procedures;
b) If non-delivery was caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the sender;
c) In cases of force majeure;
d) If the Company is unable to account for parcels due to destruction of official documents as a result of force majeure;
e) If the loss or external damage of the parcel is caused by the sender (including improper packaging) or by the nature of the contents;
f) If the parcel contains prohibited items;
g) If shipment is allowed only under special conditions (e.g., specific packaging requirements) and such conditions are not met;
h) If a domestic parcel is detained, destroyed, or confiscated by state authorities under applicable legislation;
i) If the sender acts in bad faith in order to receive compensation;
j) If the parcel has no external damage;
k) If the customer fails to submit a written claim within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the day following the shipment date.

18. Claims and Acceptance Rules

The Company shall not be liable for parcels delivered in compliance with the Company’s established rules and accepted by the recipient without complaint.

In case of delivery of a parcel with external damage, the recipient is obliged to open the parcel in the presence of the courier and inspect the contents. This must be confirmed by photo evidence taken by the courier.

No claim regarding damage to the contents or loss of items will be accepted after the courier has left the recipient’s address.
